The SIA Security Guards or Officers Top Up training is an up skilling route for everyone who is presently working as security guard or holds a security guard badge and desires to renew their licence on or after 1^st October 2021. The Security Industry Authority (SIA) has made the Top- Up Security Guards Course a conditional qualification to apply for Door Supervisor license renewal.

The Course units

Safety Awareness for Door Supervisors:

• Get it counter terrorism issues significant to a door supervisor.
• Know the part of an entryway administrator when first aid circumstances happen in licensed premises.
• Know enactment and prerequisites with respect to children and youthful individuals important to a door supervisor.
• Get it how a door supervisor can offer assistance to keep powerless individuals secure.
• Get it line administration and venue capacity obligations relevant to a door supervisor.

Apart from those above Modules, you must need to go through online ACT (Action Counter Terrorism) training. However our friendly trainers will cover the ACT during the course. You will find the link at your joining instruction to do the ACT online training.

Candidates should be qualified in Emergency First Aid at work, or an equivalent qualification. If you haven’t yet completed an EFAW course, don’t worry. You can take it with us and it will cost you additional £60 and a day for the course.
