The Door Supervisor is a 6 days training and the course fee is £240. However, Security Industry Authority (SIA) has made the Emergency First Aid at Work training a prerequisite qualification for joining the Door Supervisor course. If you do not have the EFAW qualification you need to join the EFAW First Aid training before the Door Supervisor course start date. We run the EFAW training every week on Monday and the training fee is £60. So the total cost of your Door supervisor course including the First Aid training is £300 which makes this 7 days of training. We run the Door Supervisor course every week from Tuesday to Sunday starting from 9.30 to 18.00. After the training, you will receive your certificate in 10 days and then you need to apply for the SIA badge which takes about 2-3 weeks. We can also assist you to apply for SIA Licence. SIA Licence fee is £190. Once you receive your badge you can work as a Door supervisor.

You do not need to have any previous experience to do the Door Supervisor course. However, our experienced trainer will demonstrate you the real-life scenarios of a Door Supervisor or Security guard. The course fee covers 6 or7 days of training, course book (PDF format), examination, and certificate. There are no hidden charges.
We offer this course in different training venues in London. However, our head office is in Bow in case you wish to come to our office for registration. Generally, you can book/register for the course via our website or by calling us. After booking the course you will receive the payment receipt, joining instructions, coursebook (PDF format), and venue details to your email promptly.
Door Supervisor Licence will allow you to work in the Licenced premises. Licenced premises are authorised to sell alcohol. If you have a Door supervisor licence, you can work as a Security Guard as well, however if you have a Security Guard Licence, you will not be allowed to work in the licenced premises as a Door Supervisor.
Normally we receive the result or certificate in 10-14 days from your exam date and we will inform you via email or SMS as soon as we receive your results or certificate.
You have the choice to collect the certificate physically from the training centre. We may post the certificate to you via recorded delivery upon request. We will retain your certificate for up to 8 weeks and we will not accept any liability if you fail to collect your certificate within the allocated period.
You will receive a full refund If we cancel your course in a highly unlikely event.
